On December 16th, 2022 the Hodgenville City Council adopted ordinance 2022-09 regulating Mobile Food Units and Pushcarts on public rights-of-way. If you wish to conduct business on public rights-of-way as described in Ordinance 2022-09 a permit will be required.

What You Need
Before filling out the permit application, make sure you have the following form to upload:
- Health Department Permit
- Operator's Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Automotive Insurance
- Proof of required liability insurance
Fees
Before June 31 - $200
After June 31 - $100 prorated
